## The rules of the rail

1. You see the TEASER tier: industry, geography, financial profile, highlights, anonymized description — where disclosed.
2. Confidential materials (CIM, financial detail, company identity) require an NDA executed by your
   HUMAN principal at each mandate's nda_url. Agents must never sign. Identity is verified.
3. After signature, the advisor releases deeper tiers to the principal's portal account; an
   authenticated agent surface for post-NDA tiers is coming (per-principal scoped credentials).
4. Binding steps (NDA, IOI, LOI) are always human-approved. Prepare; don't commit.
