AMIVA OS is the deal platform of AMIVA Equity Partners. Confidentiality is the product: the same controls that protect our sell-side clients protect the information of every party who uses this site.

What we collect

Account information you provide (name, email, firm), documents and submissions you upload in the course of a transaction, and access records — who viewed which document, when. Public teaser pages and the agent API collect standard server logs (IP address, user agent) used for security and rate limiting.

How we use it

To run M&A processes: verifying identities before NDA execution, enforcing per-party confidentiality walls, maintaining the audit trail that sellers and buyers rely on, and communicating about active mandates. We do not sell personal information. Deal information is disclosed only according to the access tier your executed agreements grant.

AI assistants

Our agent-facing interfaces serve only anonymized, teaser-tier information. Confidential materials are released to verified human principals after NDA execution — never to an automated agent directly.
