Confidentiality

Access to confidential materials requires an executed non-disclosure agreement and is personal to the verified signatory and their permitted representatives. Document access is watermarked and logged. Attempting to access materials beyond your granted tier, or sharing them beyond your NDA's terms, is prohibited.

Automated access

AI agents and automated clients may access the public teaser tier through our published interfaces (the agent API and MCP endpoint), subject to rate limits. Binding actions — NDA execution, indications of interest, letters of intent — must be taken by a human principal. Scraping authenticated surfaces or circumventing access controls is prohibited.

No warranties

Teaser information is prepared from materials provided by sellers and is subject to change, correction, and withdrawal without notice. Buyers are responsible for their own diligence; definitive terms exist only in executed transaction documents.
